Go&Move™ is Taiwan’s first period absorbent underwear, developed by a female-led team that spent over a year researching technical fabrics to solve the two biggest menstrual concerns: leaks and uncomfortable, stuffy pads.
The co-creators, Chen Yuan-Yi and Shih Wen-Fei, were also core members of the Taiwan Menstrual Cup Project. Though they actively promoted reusable internal products like menstrual cups, they found that many people were still hesitant about insertion-based solutions. This inspired them to create a non-invasive, comfortable, and leakproof alternative—Go&Move™.
Despite not having a background in textiles, they believed in the strength of Taiwan’s textile industry and relied on Yuan-Yi’s design expertise and their shared dedication to product quality. One major challenge? Preventing menstrual blood from seeping through the seams. To solve this, they invented a patented inward-fold seam sealing method, ensuring maximum protection.
After months of prototyping and real-life testing, the first pair of Go&Move™ was born. In the earliest days, the team had only one prototype sample—so they had to share the same pair, testing only during actual menstrual cycles. Yes, they literally co-wore one pair of absorbent underwear to start their business.
☁️ For That “Is It Coming or Going?” Feeling
Go&Move™ are perfect for the uncertain days when your period is almost here or nearly gone. Just wear them instead of a pad, and forget about the stress of surprise stains or feeling damp all day.
💧 A Smart Alternative to Panty Liners
Many doctors advise against daily liner use due to the heat and moisture buildup, which can lead to infections. Go&Move™ offer a healthier alternative: made from breathable, moisture-wicking materials, they help evaporate humidity quickly, keeping you dry and comfortable—every single day.
🩸 During Your Period: Use Alone or with Other Products
On lighter days at the start or end of your cycle, Go&Move™ can be worn alone. On heavier days, they pair perfectly with pads, menstrual cups, cloth pads, or tampons—adding backup leak protection and extending the time between changes.
For example, tampon users often still wear liners to prevent leakage. But here’s the catch: liners need to be changed every 2 hours, while tampons last 6–8 hours. With Go&Move™, you can ditch the liner and enjoy a truly carefree, "no-feel" period.
No more red stains. No more stuffiness. Just confidence, comfort, and freedom—every day of the month.
