Go&Move™ 30-Day Exchange Policy

 

At Go&Move™, we stand by the quality of our products and are committed to ensuring you feel confident and comfortable with your purchase. While we do not offer refunds, we are pleased to provide a one-time exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility for Exchange

You may request an exchange if:

  • The item does not fit

  • You prefer a different size

  • The item is damaged or defective

Please note:
We are unable to accept exchanges for clearance items, final sale products, or gift cards.

How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, please contact our customer service team at service@gomoond.com with the following information:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item, including the front, back, and bottom of the packaging

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

  • The size you wish to exchange for

  • Your shipping information

If the item you wish to exchange for has a higher price, you will be responsible for the price difference. We will create a new order and arrange shipment accordingly.

You are responsible for the postage/shipping costs incurred when return. We are unable to compensate or reimburse you for these costs.

Additional Information

  • The exchange process may take 7–21 business days, including processing and shipping time.

  • Each order is eligible for one exchange only.
