1. How does period underwear work?
Go&Move™ period underwear absorb your flow, helps control odour, wicks moisture, and helps prevent leaks — Stay dry, fresh, and comfortable throughout the day!
No other menstrual products are needed. Our period underwear are machine washable and reusable— wear, wash and GO!
2. When to use period underwear?
Go&Move™ period underwear could be worn whenever you like as the regular underwear and when you are in the period it will WOW you!
Period underwear can be worn directly on days when your period is light, about to start, or about to end, allowing you to avoid unexpected anxiety and prevent leakage.
[ On light flow days ]
Period underwear can be worn alone, ready to handle the first sign of menstrual blood or the final days of your period, effectively preventing leaks and easily absorbing discharge.
[ On heavy flow days ]
You can opt for period underwear (heavy flow) to prevent leaks and replace other menstrual products. (If you are first time trying our products and have some worries, you can still pair with other menstrual products like tampons, menstrual cups, or menstrual discs to serve as the final line of defense.)
3. How much fluid does period underwear hold?
Go&Move™ period underwear offer various absorbency levels to suit different needs, ranging from the equivalent of three regular pads to six regular pads. There is also a light option designed for daily discharge. You can choose the appropriate absorbency level based on your specific situation.
4. Can I wear period underwear for daily discharge or light bladder leaks?
Absolutely. Our period underwear is designed to handle daily vaginal discharge and light bladder leaks which can absorb 10-20 ml instantly with ease.
5. Will it cause odour, bacterial growth, or infection?
Menstrual odour typically happens when blood and sweat are exposed to air in a warm, humid, and poorly ventilated environment.
Our period underwear is designed to be breathable and bacteria-resistant, tested and certified by SGS, helping to prevent odours and reduce the risk of irritation or infection. Stay fresh, clean, and confident — even on heavy days.
6. Is period underwear reusable?
Yes, Go&Move™ period underwear are reusable just like the regular underwear.

7. How long does period underwear last?
The lifespan is approximately 1 to 2 years, but it may vary depending on personal habits and how often it's worn.
The product’s absorbency and function will not noticeably decline with regular washing.
To help your period underwear last longer, please follow the care instructions closely.
Avoid twisting, soaking for long periods, exposure to high heat, or using harsh detergents — and your underwear will stay with you for the long run!
8. How to wash? Do I need to wash the first time before I use?
You are advised to wash before using, especially using the seamless type. It might feel a bit snug at first, but the seamless waistband will soften and adapt to your body after a few wears and washes.
Follow the Care Instructions to Extend Product Lifespan
For best results, wash as soon as possible after use. Soak the underwear in cold water with a mild detergent or hand wash liquid for 3–5 minutes, then gently rub and rinse. You may press dry with a towel or place the underwear in a laundry bag and spin in the washing machine before hanging.
Alternatively, you can directly place the underwear into a laundry bag and machine wash. We recommend washing 2–3 pairs per laundry bag to avoid friction and stretching inside the bag.
To protect the functional fibers, please avoid the following:

Do not use hot water:
➤ Temperatures above 42°C can cause proteins in menstrual blood or discharge to coagulate and adhere to the fabric, making it difficult to clean. -
Do not tumble dry, iron, or expose to direct sunlight:
➤ These can damage the structure and function of the fabric.
➤ May cause the bonded edges to loosen.
➤ May compromise the waterproof-breathable membrane.
✖ Over-cleaning

Avoid bleach, sodium percarbonate, and disinfectants:
➤ These harsh agents can damage the performance of functional fabrics. -
Avoid using baking soda:
➤ It's mainly for removing grease, and may be ineffective on fabric.
➤ Residue may cause skin irritation.
✖ Fiber Clogging

Do not use fabric softeners, cold wash liquids, body wash, or fragrance additives:
➤ These may clog the absorbent fibers and reduce absorbency.
✧ Pro Tip:
To speed up drying, turn the underwear inside out with the absorbent layer facing out for faster results.

2. How long does it take to receive my products?
Go&Move™ is based in Taiwan.
International shipping could take up to 5-7 business days.
Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.
3. How much does it cost?
Shipping rates can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout.
4. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to Singapore and Malaysia. If you wish to purchase from a different region, please email us at oversea@gomoond.zendesk.com with your location, the product(s) you wish to order, and the quantity. Our team will be happy to assist you.
Return & Refund
1. Do you provide refund?
We understand that underwear is tricky business.
Within 30 days of delivery, you may exchange for another size, colour. We’re unable to provide refund on underwear. If you ordered multiple pairs of underwear, we kindly ask that you open, wash, and wear one pair only.
2. How long after I complete a purchase can I ask for a exchange?
An exchange request can be submitted within 30 days after the purchase is made.
3. Who is responsible for the shipping costs for exchange?
When an order is approved for exchange, you are responsible for the shipping costs to ship back to us and we will cover the shipping cost for the exchanging item.
