1. Can I insert more than one promo code in my order?
One promo code per order, please use other promo code in your next order.
2. Can I get free shipping?
Of course! We periodically offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount. Please check your cart to see the current free shipping offer.
3. How long does it take to receive my products?
Go&Move™ is based in Taiwan.
International shipping could take up to 5-10 business days.
Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.
4. How much does it cost?
Shipping rates can vary depending on your region and are calculated at checkout.
5. Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to Singapore and Malaysia. If you wish to purchase from a different region, please email us at oversea@gomoond.zendesk.com with your location, the product(s) you wish to order, and the quantity. Our team will be happy to assist you.
Return & Refund
1. Do you provide refund?
We understand that underwear is tricky business.
Within 30 days of delivery, you may exchange for another size. We’re unable to provide refund on underwear. If you ordered multiple pairs of underwear, we kindly ask that you open, wash, and wear one pair only.
2. How long after I complete a purchase can I ask for a exchange?
An exchange request can be submitted within 30 days after the purchase is made.
3. Who is responsible for the shipping costs for exchange?
When an order is approved for exchange, you are responsible for the shipping costs to ship back to us and we will cover the shipping cost for the exchanging item.
