How Go&Move Completely Changed My Period Experience @ Go&Move Period Underwear

A few months ago, I started trying out the Go&Move Period Panty, and I’ve been wearing it consistently for about three months now.
To my surprise, I ended up loving it way more than I expected.
I’m quite particular when it comes to underwear, I can’t stand discomfort, tight waistbands, or that sticky, awkward feeling during my period.
So when I say this panty impressed me, I really mean it.
It’s comfortable, breathable, and gives me that peace of mind even on those “not-so-fun” days of the month.
In this post, I’ll be sharing my honest experience with it: the comfort, the fit, the design, and how it actually performs during my cycle.
If you’re someone who’s been searching for a reliable everyday panty or something that truly supports you during your period, you might want to keep reading.
So get cozy, maybe grab a warm drink, and let’s get into it together.

What Go&Move Offers?

We all know how unpredictable periods can be. Sometimes using extra pads or tampons feels unnecessary.

Go&Move’s period underwear fills that gap perfectly, where they’re great for pre-period days, light spotting, or even as a backup on heavy flows.
Basically, they help you stay comfortable without constantly wondering if you should wear a pad.

How They Work: Absorbency and Protection

Go&Move Period Underwear is thoughtfully engineered to support different levels of menstrual flow. Instead of depending on a single material, each pair uses a multi-layer protection system that works together to absorb fluid, lock in moisture, and prevent leaks.
Thanks to this layered structure, the underwear can hold up to around 60 ml of liquid, roughly equal to six regular pads, giving you reliable protection throughout the day.

This makes it a practical choice for light to moderate flow, unexpected leaks, spotting, or even as a comfortable backup when paired with other menstrual products.

The heavy-flow series features a four-layer system, offering maximum absorbency and protection for days when you need extra support. Each layer works together to pull moisture away, lock it in, and prevent any leaks, all while still feeling soft and breathable against the skin.

On the other hand, the moderate-flow series uses a three-layer system that’s lighter and more flexible, perfect for regular days or when your flow is not too heavy. Even with one less layer, it still provides reliable absorbency and waterproof protection, keeping you dry, fresh, and comfortable throughout the day.

Material: Comfort and Fit

The fabric blend is soft, breathable, and stretchy, allowing the underwear to feel just like your regular pair while offering extra protection. Its full coverage and secure fit help prevent riding up or discomfort, making it comfortable for everyday wear.

Each layer is carefully designed for function and comfort:
1. Outer Layer: 50% Rayon, 6% Acrylate, 37% Nylon, 7% Spandex
2. Gusset: 82% Nylon, 18% Spandex
3. Absorbent Layer: 100% Polyester
4. Leak-Proof Layer: 100% Nylon with a Polyurethane Laminate

Together, these materials create a light, breathable, and reliable piece that supports you through every stage of your cycle.

The underwear also features advanced waterproof fabric that prevents leaks, even along the seams.
Whether you’re working, exercising, or sleeping, you can move freely and comfortably without worrying about accidents, enjoying all-day confidence and peace of mind.

Additionally, the absorbent pad section is integrated into the underwear rather than detachable, which not only ensures a seamless fit but also makes the fabric very breathable.
This design allows air to circulate comfortably while still providing reliable leak protection, so you stay dry and comfortable whether you’re moving around during the day or resting at night.

Safe and Sustainable

In addition, Go&Move is made without PFAS or harmful chemicals and has undergone antibacterial testing, making it a safer choice compared to many conventional products.

Its U.S.-patented leak-proof design ensures reliable protection, while being reusable and machine-washable helps reduce waste and provides a more environmentally friendly way to manage your period.

Mid Waisted Rayon Leak Proof Briefs - Daytime, Heavy Flow

At Go&Move, there are several types of period underwear, and I got to try three different styles. The first one is the Mid-Waisted Rayon Leak-Proof Briefs, designed mainly for daytime use.

This daytime version is ideal for maxi and heavy flow days.
It feels just like your regular underwear while still offering reliable leak-proof protection.
The mid-waist design provides a secure and comfortable fit, and the middle section measures 28–37 cm, giving you enough coverage for everyday activities without feeling bulky.
Whether you’re working, running errands, or simply moving through your day, these briefs keep you feeling confident and comfortable from morning to evening.

Mid Waisted Rayon Leak Proof Briefs - Nighttime, Heavy Flow

The nighttime version is designed for overnight protection on maxi and heavy flow days.

The key difference between the daytime and nighttime versions lies in their coverage and protection. The nighttime briefs feature a higher and wider protective panel at the back, designed specifically to prevent leaks while lying down. The middle section is also larger, measuring 45.5–53 cm, giving you extra absorbency exactly where it’s needed most.

This enhanced coverage means you can turn, twist, and sleep in any position with confidence. Despite the added protection, the nighttime briefs still feel like regular underwear; comfortable, breathable, and not overly bulky.

Together, these features make the nighttime version a practical and reassuring choice for overnight use, offering uninterrupted comfort and peace of mind throughout the night.

Mid-Waisted Seamless Liner Briefs - Daily Wear

The Mid-Waisted Seamless Liner Briefs are designed for everyday use, perfect for light spotting, discharge, or as a backup for tampons or menstrual cups.
Made from soft, stretchy, and breathable fabric, these briefs feel just like your regular underwear, providing all-day comfort without bulk.

The seamless design ensures a smooth fit under clothes, preventing any lines or discomfort, while the mid-waist cut gives gentle support and coverage where it’s needed most.
At the gusset, the briefs are super slim, only 1.35mm thickyet they remain ultra-absorbent, able to replace around six panty liners per day.

The integrated absorbent layer offers subtle but reliable protection without feeling heavy, so you can move freely and confidently throughout your day.
Whether you’re at work, running errands, or relaxing at home, these briefs are a light, breathable, and practical solution for staying comfortable and secure during your lighter flow days.

My Personal Review

Honestly, Go&Move really surprised me.
At first, I was hesitant because I’ve always stuck to traditional period products, no tampons, no period diapers, no alternatives.
This is actually my first time trying something completely new, and I wasn’t sure if it would be comfortable or even work as promised.
But I’m so glad I gave it a try because it completely changed my perspective.
The underwear is incredibly soft, breathable, and comfortable, so much so that sometimes I forget I’m even wearing it. It doesn’t feel heavy or restrictive like I had imagined.

When it comes to the daytime and nighttime panties, I was initially worried about leaks, but they exceeded my expectations.
The absorbency is impressive, holding enough for heavy flow days, and even when I move around, play sports, dance, or sit for long periods, I never felt damp or uncomfortable.
And the nighttime version is especially reassuring.
The back coverage is generous, so even when I toss and turn in bed, I feel completely secure.
For the first time, I felt truly worry-free overnight, which is such a relief.

Besides, the underwear stays in place, the seams are soft, and the gusset area is super thin yet ultra-absorbent, so it’s never bulky.
Even on busy days or during workouts, I felt unrestricted, and the patented leak-proof layers genuinely worked without adding extra weight.

As for the panty liners were another pleasant surprise.
They’re ultra-seamless and so light that it feels like you’re not wearing anything at all.
The fabric is soft and breathable, perfect for daily wear or light spotting, and they stay in place well, which is something I’ve often struggled with in traditional liners.

I also noticed something I didn’t expect, there’s significantly less odor when wearing these compared to disposable pads and liners.
I think it's because the material is breathable and doesn’t trap moisture the way traditional pads do, everything feels fresher throughout the day.
It’s a small detail, but it makes a big difference in overall comfort and confidence.

Another thing I didn’t expect is how easy they are to wash and dry.
With reusable products, I usually worry about lingering odors or complicated care, but these come out clean and fresh after machine washing, which makes them really practical for daily life.
The washable underwear is gentler on my skin, while the disposable pads or liners can irritate me if worn too long, but Go&Move feels healthy and comfortable, even on longer days.

In addition, using reusable period underwear also makes me feel better about the environmental impact.
I hadn’t realized how much waste disposable pads and liners create until I switched.
It feels good to make a more sustainable choice, and it adds a sense of purpose to something that usually feels inconvenient.

Overall, Go&Move has completely changed how I view period products.
It’s comfortable, practical, and eco-friendly, and I honestly feel like I’m taking better care of both myself and the environment.
I never thought trying something new could make such a difference, but now I can’t imagine going back to traditional products.

If you’ve been curious about trying something new or looking for a better alternative to traditional period products, I recommend giving Go&Move a try.
It might feel different at first, but once you experience the comfort, confidence, and convenience, I think you’ll be pleasantly surprised, just like I was.

Trust me, it’s worth taking the step to try something that truly makes your period easier and more comfortable.
